Why Finch?

In 1835, Charles Darwin famously observed that on the Galapagos Islands there were over 15 different species of Finch. Every variety of bird was uniquely adapted to it's own particular environment. No two were exactly alike.

Like Darwin's finches, we are all about finding the perfect fit. We specialise in matching the talent of each individual to the requirements of the opportunity at hand. 

Our name, Finch, is a reflection of our niche approach.
